Built on Microsoft SharePoint^® 2007, the DYONYS A2P application gives a banking version of the product. To the numerous SharePoint^® natives functionalities, Vision adds its own bank management specificities (hold mail, mail dispatch, reinforced security) and a reliable low cost mass archiving solution.

 

DYONYS A2P organise, electronically archive and manage in a secure way, the whole of your document repositery coming from the bank back-office system, importing messaging systems like FAX, SIC, SWIFT, SECOM and office automation.

 

DYONYS A2P enables you to configure all the indexing, format and access rights rules of your documents according to the needs of your organisation.

 

The search module enables the retrieval of any documents, according to the user's access rights:

• Browsing of the classification plan by document type, account or date,
• Search on metadata (index),
• Advanced or muticriteria or full-text search.

 

Thanks to the integrated Portal, you can customise the interface according to your users and their activities. It offers a federative interface, given you access not only to Vision data, but also to the whole information of your organisation.

 

The printing and mail dispatch module enables the automation of a number of printing tasks - periodic, special, on-demand or hold mail, and to answer all your customers' requests.

 

Scalable and fully configurable, the workflow module, gives you the opportunity to automate your business processes in order to respond to the constraints of your organisation. A number of business processes are natively available in the application, and they can be extended thanks to the integrated workflow designer.

 

Thanks to the ever-present security, you can restrict the access-rights to information, documents and functionalities of the application. With the audit module, you monitor the use of the application and can quickly react to fraudulent usage.
